Whiskerglide is a single-player puzzle game you play on your own device, with no account, no online service and no in-app purchases. These terms explain the few rules that come with it.

1Agreeing to these terms

These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy apply from the moment Whiskerglide is installed. Installing the game or gliding a single lake counts as agreeing to both; if either does not sit right with you, the simplest answer is to leave the game uninstalled.

2Your license to play

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play Whiskerglide on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The license ends if you break these terms or delete the game.

3Postcards and wardrobe pieces

Postcards arrive in Whisk's journal when you dive home from a lake. Coats, glide trails and painted shores hang in the den wardrobe once you clear every lake in a region. There is no in-game currency and nothing in the game is bought or sold.

Postcards and wardrobe pieces exist only inside the game and have no value outside it.
They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred to another person or exchanged for anything outside the game.
They are kept on your device and are lost if you reset your progress or delete the app.

4Fair play

Please do not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game, tamper with its save data, or use it to build a competing product. Whiskerglide is meant for personal play only.

5Who owns what

The game, including its lakes, artwork, characters, music, sound and code, belongs to its developer and is protected by intellectual-property law. Your license lets you play the game; it does not give you ownership of any part of it.

6The game as it is

Whiskerglide is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, the developer is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from using the game, including lost progress.

7All ages

Whiskerglide is a calm, family-friendly game suitable for a general audience, with no chat, no user-generated content and no online play.

8Revisions

These terms may be revised from time to time, and the effective date above will show when. Continuing to play after a revision means you accept the current version.
